No! Your subscription gives you access to all the features listed on each subscription plan. Depending on where you’re based, additional indirect taxes (i.e. VAT) may be added to the cost, but this will show up clearly before you pay.

Yes, your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the subscription period. If you want to cancel your auto-renewal, reach out to customer support at least 14 days before your renewal is due. If you have a yearly subscription, you’ll be notified before the renewal date. We’ll also update you if there are any changes to the software or pricing.

If you’re subscribed to the Creator or Pro plans, you get 2 activations of the software with your subscription, which means you can use it simultaneously on 2 computers. The Free plan lets you use your software on 1 computer.

Once you’ve subscribed, your software installers will download to your computer automatically, or be sent to your email if you signed up using a smartphone. When they’ve downloaded, simply open the installers, follow the prompts and launch your software.

Yes! Here’s an example of how it works: If you have a Perpetual license and want to access all the new features offered in the Creator/Pro plans, you can subscribe to a new plan and still keep your Perpetual license. Each time you use your software, you’ll be asked to choose whether to work with your Perpetual or Creator/Pro plan. When your Creator/Pro subscription ends, you’ll be able to keep your Perpetual plan or choose to work with the Free plan.
