First of all, thanks for your feedback! We really do appreciate all bug reports, suggestions and comments - Imerge Pro is a brand new product and we're developing it rapidly according with your thoughts in mind.
Please create a new thread for each issue - this allows us to respond/discuss it with you and others if we need to, and means we can also mark threads resolved where applicable. Include the version number of the software in all reports (click About on the home screen), steps to replicate if possible, and we'll often need to know your hardware information (GPU, CPU, RAM and OS).
We may also ask for a diagnostic report from Imerge. You can access this using the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+D (Cmd+Shift+D on Mac) inside the program. Crash reports can also be found via the Diagnostic dialog. Note that unlike HitFilm, crash reports are not automatically uploaded anywhere, just saved on your computer.
If you need to attach files, please use a cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive, or WeTransfer to email@example.com.
If you don't want to share information on the Forum (such as detailed hardware info), please send a support ticket with the information, and mark it for the Imerge team.
