Windows 10 Anniversary Update

edited September 2016 in Everything Else

Anyone who gets the Windows 10 Anniversary Update will more than likely need to immediately update their Nvidia drivers.  Apparently Windows forces their own drivers during the update which may lead  to   some application experiencing  issues following the update.

  • Thanks for the heads up. I don't have the AU yet so I'll keep this in mind.

The newest driver survived the Anniversary Update on my machine.

  • Ah, just now it was reset it to the default driver :)

  • The exact scenario was:

Try Vegas 14, see that it has bug (probably memory leak) that caused low memory warning and display driver crash- after this the default driver was restored and I had to reinstall the latest drivers from Nvidia.

Not sure, if it was Anniversary Update or Vegas crash or both :)
