If you want to cancel your auto-renewal, reach out to customer support at least 14 days before your renewal is due. If you have a yearly subscription, you’ll be notified before the renewal date. Here’s an example of how it works: If you have a Perpetual license and want to access all the new features offered in the Creator/Pro plans, you can subscribe to a new plan and still keep your Perpetual license. Each time you use your software, you’ll be asked to choose whether to work with your Perpetual or Creator/Pro plan. When your Creator/Pro subscription ends, you’ll be able to keep your Perpetual plan or choose to work with the Free plan.
