We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high levels of customer service to help content creators from all over the world through email and online chat. You’ll become a master of the Artlist and Artgrid products, music and film licensing, web troubleshooting, and more. We’re a leader in creative tech and you’ll also need to use your own creativity to offer solutions. You’ll be engaging and a great communicator to collaborate with A&R, Music, Creative, Footage, and other departments within the company.


  • Previous experience working in a customer orientated environment, such as customer services, retail or hospitality.
  • You’ll be proactive and well organised
  • A team player who has the ability to build strong effective relationships with our users and stakeholders
  • Be proactive and demonstrate great ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Computer savvy (If you have experience with Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve and/or Final Cut, even better!)
  • You will need excellent listening, communication skills and be super engaging and friendly
  • Some support needs will also require you to demonstrate empathy when resolving concerns
  • Individuals who are available to work Tuesday to Saturday
  • An interest in video content creation would be a bonus.
