Ignite Express 2017 is crashing MAGIX Vegas Pro 15.0 (0xc0000005)

Hi!

I have trouble launching Vegas Pro 15.0 since installing Ignite Express 2017.
Somebody already encountered the same issue as me with Vegas 14 in this Forum. Sadly any troubleshooting attempts haven't fix the issue.

I'm 100% certain that Ignite is crashing Vegas. Especially since the Movie Essentials Pack works flawlessly! And I obviously wanted to try out the new VFX Features I installed, resulting in Vegas crashing. The initial Loadingscreen got stuck on "creating video plug-in factory..."

    What are your system specs and what have you tried already.

    Vegas forums have this error as a problem with Vegas GPU acceleration.

    System Spec:
    CPU -- Core i7 6700k @4.40 GHz
    MOBO -- MSI Z170A Gaming M7
    GPU -- nVidia GTX 980Ti
    SOUNDCARD -- Soundblaster AE-5

    I tried usual troubleshooting steps like reinstallation of Vegas & Ignite Express, restarting the entire system and so on.
    I already disabled Hardware Acceleration within Vegas, sadly without any success.

    Anything else I could try?
