    Sorry to hear you are having difficulties running the software.

    Would you be able to tell us a bit more about what machine you are trying to use Imerge Pro with? In particular what do you have with regards to

    • Laptop or Desktop?
    • Operating system including version
    • CPU Model
    • RAM capacity
    • GPU Model and VRAM capacity

    Then do you have drivers installed from your GPU manufacturer or are you using the ones which are built into the OS. Are the drivers up to date?
