[Resolved] No OpenCL platforms founds

Hi,

I can't run this software, I have this message : OpenCL Error / No OpenCL platforms founds

My computer : AMD FX 8350/12 Go ram/ Gtx 1060 6Go/Windows 10 64bits 

The GPU Driver is 417.35 (12/12/2018)

Here my DxDiag : DxDiag.txt

I tried to reinstall my GPU driver and Imerge, same message. Have an idea?

    Sorry to hear you are having problems. We have been investigating and seen reports (https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1084932/opencl-not-installed/?offset=2) of changes Nvidia has made to their driver which leaves registry keys in the Windows registry from previous drivers which do not work with the new drivers and causes OpenCL to break.

    So could you try:

    1. Completely uninstall the nvidia drivers.
    2. Now reinstall the latest drivers from Nvidia. Don't reinstall over the top as that is not likely not delete everything that was installed.
    3. Now try run Imerge again.

  • Good news, I uninstalled the nvidia driver (with revo uninstaller) and re-installed all.

    Now it's OK, I can start Imerge Pro.
