If you’ve lost access to your account or forgotten your password, you can get back in one of two ways:
- If you know which email address you used, try the reset password form first. This will send a reset link to your email inbox.
- If you don’t know which email address you used, or are having difficulty with resetting your password, send us a Support ticket.
Before we can grant you access to an account, we’re required by law to confirm your identity. We’ll ask you for identifying information, such as order numbers, serial codes and email addresses you may have used. To get you back up and running as soon as possible, please provide us with as much information as possible.
We will never ask for your account password, and cannot tell you what the current password is. Instead, we will assist you in choosing a new password.
