Description:		Created for cartoon scenes that would be difficult or annoying to add rain in, Cartoon Rain Right is a fast falling cartoon rain that angles to right of the viewer. Note that the key frame is about 30 frames before the effect so that the rain starts in full force once you apply this preset.
