Description:   Based on an effect seen in the Smallville episode, Blank, but has many potential uses. Undulating beams of energy with an interestingly textured core. This preset contains the core element of the effect. Place it on top of Smallville Mind Wipe Pt. 1, and be sure to copy the origin and destination keyframes once you have placed the effect.
