Description:   Based on an effect seen in the Smallville episode, Blank, but has many potential uses. Undulating beams of energy with an interestingly textured core. This preset contains the glow element of the effect. Place it underneath Smallville Mind Wipe Pt. 2, and be sure to copy the origin, destination, and radius keyframes once you have placed the effect.
