Overview:		A grade filter which is bright and has a lot of noise and grain applied to make it appear harsh and unstable.
Description:		A filter that has a high white point to show the whites a lot. It also has some noise and grain so that it gives the impression of a TV with a bad signal or perhaps even a faulty spaceship TV.
