Did it recently start doing this, or has it always done this? What operating system are you using?

Try the instructions for a clean reinstall. It might help.

What version of VisionLab are you running?

Make sure you're using the latest version (1.005.014).

You can download the latest version by logging into FXhome.com with the account that you registered the program to.

http://fxhome.com/account/programs

The account you're currently logged in as (Nixinhas) doesn't have the program registered to it, so you'll need to login with the account that you used to purchase the software with.

I have got the same problem.

I wiped my computer, reinstalled Vision lab from the cd. Now every time I load up visionlab I go to click on something and it closes down. No error messages, no nothing. I downloaded the new version from the website and it still does the same thing. I shouldn’t have to do a clean install as I’ve just put a new hard drive in.

Any ideas?

If you put a new hard drive in then installed from the CD, it's entirely possible that you've got old bits and pieces floating around, so I would definitely recommend a clean reinstall, making sure you use the latest version from the website.

I've done the clean install, got the latest QuickTime and direct x 9c for XP. Visionlab still shuts down when I load it up and then go to click the button to load more presets and it shuts down.

What’s going on????????????

It worked before on my old hard drive.

When you talk about your new/old hard drive, do you mean you reinstalled the operating system? If so, did you change operating system? Or do you simply mean that you installed a new, extra hard drive?

If the software worked before but doesn't anymore it means that something will have changed in your setup.

Could you also clarify when exactly it shuts down. You say that it shuts down when you 'load it up', yet also say that it shuts down when you try to load presets, which indicates it got beyond the initial loading.

Do you get any error messages?

I replaced my hard drive. It was blank and I installed xp.

It is the same xp I had on my old hard drive.

On my old hard drive I had xp with sp2.

I have though put sp3 on before I put visionlab on. I can’t remember if I had sp3 on my old hard drive.

From when I double click on the visionlab icon, I do not click on anything else and visionlab shuts down in 17.37 seconds. It's really odd.

I've never had a problem like this before.

Any help would be much appreciated.

there are no error messages.

Every time?
