For the full body harness, most builders merchants would probably have one.. usually supplied for scaffolders..

For rock climbing harnesses.. sports shops have to be a bit specialist for these... g ...

well. your NTSC footage will convert to HD.. but it will look like standard definition footage... so, not really a "convert" more of an "import".. your HD editor will handle the import... Dependingon ...
