Star Wars short made with HitFilm Pro 2017.
Well it wasn't that bad, have to admit not a huge fan of these Lego shorts that get made, had thought about doing it myself but respect to you for the hours of stop frame work. Anyway, I watched it through and it kept my attention. I thought the droid scene worked well and liked the effect you used when the Jedi is looking though his scanner scope thingy.
well done on the animation, that's some of the smoothest lego stop-motion I've ever seen.
Who knew Pez were lethal.
As @JMcAllister mentioned, super smooth animation! Great job integrating the VFX elements into the shots, it all came out really well
@SeanDoubleJ Did you do everything in the animation in HitFilm? If so, was it a case of importing each image and adding them to the timeline and giving each image the duration equivalent of 1 frame?
@OliThompson why would he do that when he could import them as an image sequence?
@Palacono this is where we gently tease @OliThompson about being a n00b. ;-)
@Triem23 No need for a gentle tease, I'm the n00biest one here and I know it haha
That is slick.
@OliThompson yeah, but if we tease you too much we risk our rep as most helpful VFX forum. ;-)
@Triem23 Haha! Ah yes, true :P
pretty cool, must have take a ages
