I was wondering how many computers i can download Hitfilm pro on.
As it says in the FAQ, 3.
So I just downloaded hitfilm and it took hourst to convert some of my video clips. I finally finished so I come up to another problem that I officialy have come up to a dead end. I made this video for Youtube and i saved it to my desktop. Now it decided to use some file format called hfp so youtube does not support it. Therefor I cannot upload to Youtube.
Is there anyway INW to change this file format?
HFP is a project file, not a video file. To upload to Youtube, you need to use Hitfilm's Export module to render a video file for upload.
This tutorial should help. Covers all versions of Hitfilm.
Incidentally, since you're a gaming channel, chances are your video is screencaptures, which means it's probably in a "variable Frame Rate" format. Hitfilm (and every other NLE) can not handle variable frame rate footage correctly. You'll want to look at this thread:
And/Or this thread"
To learn how to convert your footage into a constant frame rate format. Once that's done, you'll want to "Relink" your transcoded media to replace your original media so you don't have to do your re-edit again. That's covered about 42 minutes into this tutorial.
