Hi all. The comet didn't get stuck. It hit the ground and stayed there if that's the one you were talking about . The real mistake was the comet "flying" in and changing direction. It was oging to initially be a space ship or somehting but I changed my mind at the last minute and made it a comet scene. The ground shake wa done in After effects "earthquake" plugin. It's not very hi tech, but enough for that clip. Alamdv was used for the flames etc. Have fun!
