International Playboy was one of the London finalists for the National 48 hour film challenge and was show at the Curzon cinema in Mayfair and on Sky channel 268.

This is a short film we made for the National 48 Hour Film Challenge on the 16/08/03.
The challenge was to script, shoot and edit a 5 min short film within in a 48 hour period, hence the title of the competition.
This was our entry plus an extended begining.

Well, I've seen both. But kinda like the new one more. But there are still things in it that don't seem right. Some of those overdubs were too "room" sounding. If that's where you did it, try deadening the area that your record in, e.g. blankets, sheets, duvets, etc. Anything to cut the sound of the room. If you're stuck with them, there ain't much you can do. Maybe roll back the 400Hz area on an EQ. Was it me or were the muzzle flashes massive at points and then much smaller in others? Adam.

I watched both versions and i defo like the new one.
I think it takes the tipical Alam gun fight to a new level mixing live f/x with cgi is always good and it's shot very pro. (how you did that in 48hrs I'll never know).
I liked the music. Where is music from the chase from?
Any more films you want to make with the Beautiful blond lady would be most welcome. That towle shot was a bit cheeky but i liked it.
