This is the story of Edward Sims, a soldier who died the day before Vimy Ridge and wrote to his wife overseas. The letter made it, but he did not.

I had to laugh first... That soldiers speaks german, but the subtitles say something completely different to what he actually says...
Here the camerastyle fits much better again and at some points, I like it, at other points (for example at the beginning) I again think it is completely out of context.
But the scenes with edward in the battlefield are pretty tense and grabbed my attention throughout.

again Cypher is a great piece of work. Your eye for camera angles is great as is your skill at editing the pieces together. This film had a great flow to it and didn't drag for a second. The introduction was great and allowed me to connect this this man who was being sent to battle. That payed off with the conclusion. The camera moved with enjoy without ever being jerky and looking ameturish and fit in well with the story environment. All in all a great film
