SW Defiance Show Trailer

By griffus21 of Dark In Divinity

Rating:

Project file video for the next Dark In Divinity short film. This display will show how effective Vision Lab is for com positing. As you can see our green screen set up was horrible and the lighting for it was from the ceiling only (florescent lighting). Even though the set up was almost as bad as you can get the com positing job was still very easy to do. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking about buying fxhome products.

Oh and by the way we have finished all the visuals for the short film so once the sound production is finished I will release it onto fxhome cinema. Thanks for watching hope you enjoy it and it helps if you are on the fence about getting the products.

Sounds good, I will go ahead and tell you spydurhank that buildings and flying cars will take someone will minimal experience using blender almost no time at all to do. Your friend could probably build a whole cityscape in a few hours, now the texturing and lighting aspects are a whole other story, those things just depend on a persons artistic prowess. Blender is a program that is tedious to learn but once you do it makes your possibilities almost endless. In short tell your friend that yes it may be difficult now but once she starts to get it things will start to get allot smoother, in fact she will probably wish all programs worked like blenders control scheme does. Good luck with all your projects.

Awesome job with blender! My buds and I are wanting to do something similar with backplates and stuff but more leaning towards CGI futuristic super duper tall ass buildings, flying vehicles and virtual sets for compositing with live action. I'm gonna play your reel for one of my buds who's learning blender for me but she's been slacking lately. I'm sure it'll inspire her to do better. once again.... awesome job.

Thanks for all the comments. Spydurhank it is blender we are using for this project its a great program and seems to work well with vision lab. Ben3308, its alright if it just didn't seem like your type of video sometimes that's just the way it is. Its really impossible to make a video everyone loves, but I still appreciate you watching and rating. I really like your heat in 60 seconds vid, good job. Hopefully you will enjoy the full short film better, it should be out this summer. JSK FILMS thanks for the comment and the advice we are finished with the shoot for this project but I'll keep your advice for future projects. Good luck with all of the projects you guys are working on hope to see you in the cinema soon.
