This is a cover video pf "Umbrella" performed by Rhys Williams, a friend of mine.

This is somewhat of a 'live' recording in that I didn't plan on shooting anything precisely, the opportunity just arose while recording a few original audio tracks for me to shoot a cover video, so I busted out my GL2, synced the audio with a friend's GL2 (luckily he had his with him) and then chopped the two together with some grading and the studio-recorded track in post.

This is mostly for fun, no big deal. The 'lighting', if you'd like to call it that, was made impromptu through turning off the overhead lights in the room and taking the diffusing material off of a bedside lamp and angling it using my tripod.

Altogether I think it came out pretty good for a one-take video. I wouldn't normally post up cover videos, but I like the way this one visually looks, so here it is.
