On an ordinary day, in an ordinary street, extraordinary things are about to occur...

A suspenseful and shocking psychological horror film directed by Scott Tanner, '4:02' tells the story of a 17-year-old student, "Matt" (Tom White), whose parents seemingly disappear only moments after he arrives home from college and speaks to them.

Where have they gone? Why do unexplainable events keep happening to Matt? And why is every clock he encounters stopped dead on the same time; '4:02'?
