Two brothers duking it out for survival. Made for a school project that had to bring an Old Testament story into modern terms. Please rate and comment, we really appreciate all the advice.

A lot of the sound effects and audio recordings sounded scratchy and bland. Did you film this in mono? Story seems somewhat interesting but most of it has been done before. The part where he creeps up and appears behind the protagonist was done really well. Hopefully the final cut is touched up a lot, and if so, then this could turn out to be a pretty good fanfilm of the action/sci fi genre.

why did almost all of your audio sound like it was recorded in a can? Was this your camera mic or just the way you compressed the video? The Idea is interesting. To be truthful the acting was slightly corny, but I understand its hard to find good actors with out paying them (try getting people from drama class or something, it helps). the biggest thing was the use of music...you switched songs to often, I think you went through 4 songs in that short trailer, its just seemed really random to me. Your explosion where ok but would have benefited from a tri-pod that way you don't have to track the explosion to building. Again the biggest down side where the soundeffects, they all sounded like you put a mic in your theatre room and played a movie, then cut the sounds from that. There are tons of really high quality free sound effects on the internet, take the time to look for them and it will boost your production quality. SOUND IS EVERYTHING (sorta) I will look forward to the final product, but 3/5 for the trailer

Pretty good... I saw some parts that were a little off but nothing that could stuck out where I could say " OH YEAH THERE'S A SPOT, OH ANOTHER ONE!" So nice job I look forward to this.
