Well, the effects in general, I'd say. When the bullet hit the car, your effect looked completely fake. Realistically, something more than simply a star-shaped flash would happen. Now, I'm no expert when it comes to these things, but at LEAST do something about the paint! (Scratches, etc...)
And yes, your muzzle flashes could really have been worked on.
For the story, it was not really explained, but it's a very short film, so that's normal, to be honest. However, this lack of story the film made it a lot less poignant, thus rendering the music as overdramatic - even if, if I were into the story at all, it would have been very good.

good test film. My only mayjor problem was the gunshots. Try using the smoke particles to enhance them. I could nit pick about sounf FX but those are a bitch to come by.
