oletheking92, I've got three comments about your effects:

    1. The mask for the smoke was not exactly on the statue, thus creating a white line around the latter. 2. As though the smoke filled a big part of the sky in a mere couple of seconds, its 'particles' were not moving very quickly, which made it obvious that it was fake. 3. After the statue got bombed, there should be debris and dust filling the sky, making it much darker than the overbright colour it was.

yeah i wasnt too happy about the fading myself. had to slow it down dramaticly in pinnacle.
