This was bilge, but highly amusing bilge. You get points for sheer WTF-value. Effects wise, nothing is particularly well blended its all too vivid and poorly tracked....except for the first couple of seconds of smoke coming from the guy, which look truly excellent, but then loses tracking and suddenly looks less good.
