When a retired CIA agent allegedly kills a captured prisoner terrorist, justice must be sought out. A man is sent in to find and take out the executioner.

Shot in 1 & 1/2 days. Turned out O.K., not as well as we would like. We just made it up as we went so don't expect anything great.
