This is Berger Bros Studios first movie we have ever created. Made about 2-3 years ago, it was our first experience with the use of special effects. We used our brand new program, AlamDV 2, and created a movie about a News Paper reporter (known as The Computer Nerd) who is about to write an article about a Gun Wielding Freak who is out on the loose. As he writes the title, he is suddenly ambushed by the Freak himself! The Nerd uses all of his surroundings to defend himself, as does the Freak. The movie was inspired by Room and Room 2, as stated in the credits. Hope you all enjoy!!!

lol...i liked the *argh* at the end. Generally, ok...at its best. A little too repetitive with all the shooting and guns. But im glad to see that that was changed on the second one. 3/5 from me because there wasn't much variation in the action and the camera was just about ok. but it was a good experiment.

THe way you pesented the movie was excellent, with almost the starwars music with the gun shots, but the sound was off with the bulltes and I lost interest, and the other effects were only mediocre.

I have to agree with the lighting. Filmed in a basement with only 3 100 watt light bulbs doesn't really work out too well. Created with absolutely zero knowledge or budget, it turned out better than we had hoped for. This being first movie we ever made, we had no foundation to build off of as far as experience goes in film. As you watch the movies in order, you can see our learning process. This first movie was our "experiment" with film. The next was a focus on special effects as far as the lightning and light swords go. The third was video editing along with better effects. The next movie will be more centered on camera shots, plot, and other pre-production/production methods. Thanks for the posts! Keep them coming. We need all the suggestions we can get.
