"Redeemer" is a visual effects experiment that was part of our final year university project, in which we had to design a game. Wanting to focus on visualising the world in which the game is set, and the unique abilities of its inhabitants, I decided to use visual effects as the way of accomplishing this. This is the result.

We all got first class honours :)

Good, but Biblically inaccurate.

Difficult to judge this, as honestly I've got not idea about what I've just seen. :I It looks videogamish, but since that was what you wanted to do, then I can't really critizize it. Allthough... It looks videogamish. The modelling and texturing is partially very solid, partially really good and partially so so. Some nice usage of whatever engine you've used. The visual effects in it were okay. Nothing particularly impressive in there though I must say, all seemed pretty basic gleam style effect stuff. There was also some interlacing going on, which is such an easy fix and reduces stuff immediately for me. All in all, this is somewhat around 3 or 4 for me. The "vote 5 on my own movie syndrome" would have me vote 2, but I think I'll just use to decide for a rounded 3.
