This was a film I made for my Video Production II class, which was a full narrative production class. It was shot using a Panasonic DVX100 and I'd I'll note that some of the effects (mainly muzzle flashes) were cut out due to frames being dropped during compression. If anyone knows alot about compression, I'll happily update with a better file.

When an alien device is descovered in a meteor crash site, two rival groups of scientists, the militaristic Coalition and the "peaceful" Greeters, battle for control of the new technology. Clayton is unknowingly pulled into this world when his friedn Isaac, who is secretly one of the Greeters, passes off the device to Clayton in order to hide it. Clayton must choose to whom he will give the device.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Just for the record, the "you're insane" line...well let me just say again that it was a school project, which already crossed a number of boundaries. By the way, please don't just say that some of the muzzle flashes were rubbish. I don't look at the feedback so that people can crap all over what was really a ton of work. Tell me what was so awful about them so I can fix it in future productions.

pretty good although a few points about the story and editing. some of the muzzle flashes were rubbish and as someone else said "your insane" dosn't quite cut it for a huge battle opening.

It was Ok, I did really enjoy it though it was just the muzzle flashes at the end where OK. Everything else was really good and cool story.
