Thanks for the comments guys! Yeah I hated that interlacing in that shot. I tried rendering it into several different formats in hopes that the problem would be resolved but nothing I did changed it. It's annoying to me but I never figured out what to do to fix it. I appreciate the comments! Thanks again.

Heh, nice work. You got the spirit of Smallville in there and the effects match Smallville effects very well. Hope your girlfriend liked it! On a technical level, good; as mentioned it matched Smallville's effects. Three shots weren't so good. There was interlacing in the running out of kitchen which prevented me from seeing how good that shot was (it looked cool especially with the fluttering papers). The running shot needed a bit more distortion of surroundings, speed blur effect. And as mentioned the flying shot wasn't so good either, a bit more grading so you and background match more would do it good.

I thought this was a good idea, but the lack of good angles and so-so editing put me off from it. It's a nice thing you did for someone, though, and it did (sort of) keep the nature and feel of Smallville. (The best show on TV) 2/5
