IT'S AN ALL NEW AMERICAN IDIOTS ADVENTURE!

Well, not really.

Let me explain... This is actually a version of American Idiots 2 that we re-edited for a local filmfest. We were forced to re-edit for several reasons:

1) Length - Is it possible to take a 54 minute movie and edit it down into a 27 minute movie? We didn't think so... until we tried it, and were suprised to find that it was possible. Yep, this version of AI2 is a nonlinear romp through the original story, with a much tighter pace.

2) Copyrights - Is it possible to make a movie with a custom soundtrack? We didn't think so... until we tried it, and were suprised to find that it was possible, with a little help from Aculag (I'll take this opportunity to thank Mr. Lag for getting the score done with little to no notice).

3) Disgruntled Directors - Is it possible to like a movie you've made? No. We always had somewhat of a George Lucas attitude about this movie. It could have been better. This was our chance to nitpick and fix things we weren't happy with the first go-round.

Whatever we did, we ended up winning Best High School Narrative, and the audience reception in the theater in which we viewed the winners was outstanding.

So here you have it folks. I guess you could call it American Idiots 2... 2... We'd rather you call it Un Film D'Aventures though.

So sit back and enjoy a shorter, copyright free, "alternate" version of the original film.

And we promise, we're done with the Idiots for a while! :)

Thank you Ben, you've helped me discover my true feelings for Mary-Kate

And I have a question. Which do you like more, this version, or the original? Or is that like asking you wich kid you like more, your first child or the one you cut with knives to make him stronger?
Heh, it's more like asking which twin we like better- the nice, whole-hearted one, or the less intriguing but better looking one that we use to sell out for ca$h.
What if one is smarter, sexier, earns more money, and has greater wit? Then, which one do you pick? I think the choice is obvious. The B-Factor. As for this movie, my net's running slow, I'll download it, may be 'til tomorrow when I get the chance to watch/rate/review it.
