The Polcheck Chronicles - Case 1 : Get Randy

Hi, My name is Hans Polcheck, and I’m a P.I.

When my ex girlfriend came to me and said she needed help, my first thought was: Damn, she looks good in that dress. But my second thought was about helping her, and so I embarked on a case to find out who was blackmailing her.

These are The Polcheck Chronicles. Those who are faint of heart, or weak of stomach had best look away. I hate vomit on my shoes.

But if you can stomach raw danger…
If you can keep your knees from rattling in fear…
If you can handle the excitement of running with the best P.I. in Sydney

Then I bid you welcome….

- Hans Polcheck

The Scream Man (18th Apr 2006 12:08)

this 2 parter was 100% dubbed with new sunds added. however, it will be the only polchecks to do so, since it takes a LONG time to get all the actors back to do it. Pat has to sit hee for a couple of days. Theres no storyboarding done. Thanx for sying my anghles are planned but...well, they arent i makenthem up as i go once I get to a location. some ideas come from the location (All of the scenes hans recreated we came up with on the fly) and some froma particular joke. thanx for watching

I enjoyed the pacing, the acting, and even the story. There's so many ways this could have gone wrong, but it didn't. Nice job. I hope you keep making them. I'm guessing you did a lot of storyboarding. If you winged it; I'm impressed. The creative camera angles makes me think you planned a lot of your shooting, something few posters do enough of. Are some of those scenes done with ADR-additional dialog recording? I'm envious of the access you have to some real actors. Nice. Ragnar
