This was my winning entry in the Fanfilm competition here. More info: http://fxhome.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=22895
I had a few suggestions to post it here in the cinema.
What does this movie mean? It means a lot of things to me, but if I told you that would spoil your interpretation of the film. Art is in your perception of things- an art gallery is only ink on paper until you look at it and perceive it through your experiences.
For those wondering, it was shot on a standard home camera, the Sony DCR-TRV19. It was lit with home made lights I use for my pictures and other movies constructed out of 15$ spot lights and wax paper.
The snow was made by shaking snow in front of the lens with a spaghetti strainer... Haha, I know how to have fun. ;-)
And thanks to the boys in foryou for rocking out with me in making the music.
Feel free to ask any other questions you may have

That was an absolutely astonishing piece. It was simple and yet had such a complexity. Your style seduces the eyes. The score was brilliantly merged with the scenes. The effects were spectacular. Over-all this was a stunning, moving short film. Kudos.
