A fun little piece I did with my cousins. I basically needed a reason to practice using AlamDV for an upcoming Star Wars fan film entitled "The Hand of Evil". (Due out in March 2006.) The sound editing isn't the best -- missing a saber clash or two -- so I'll have to keep that in mind...
This is a sneak scene from the new Fan Film by Apocalyptic Productions, which is still in post production, but nearing completion. A great show case for AlamDV effects. Looks like they are on to a winner.
Here is something I threw together one night. Enjoy!
This is my first movie using my new DV camera. Check out the webpage I listed to see the movie. I fight with my friend Tollie on the LSU Parade Grounds on a saturday afternoon before a football game. Thats why there are people walking around in the background looking at us like we're idiots, but i...
As the title says is a (very short) battle between an orcish Mage and a Warrior. It's basically a test for the No Control Cinema Fantasy-Short.
A demon takes the souls of females at a local park and takes their souls. Alicia the angel of illusions, falls into the demon Anemus trap. She must do everything she can to escape his evil trap.
this is a trailer I made about people with mysterious powers who are all after "someone" or "something"...what is it? can you figure it out?....or will you have to wait for the movie?....stay tuned!
Filmed in summer 2004 and completed in December 2005, STAR WARS The Hand of Evil tells the story of an Emissary of Evil who comes to earth to convert four young people to the Dark Side of the Force. Special effects were created on Alam DV2, but I had to wait until my computer was upgraded before...
I made this video during the summer. I asked one of my friends if he wanted to make a fight video since we were bored. So we got another one of our friends who loves to fight. I didn't have a song chosen until editing time, and I was scared (still am) at how perfectly it synced.
A short clip, simply clearing out a room, ok effects, please, feel free to rate & comment, much appreciated.
This is just a view scenes i edited to gether. My main idea was to do a quick ation scene that could make into a real plot. it might look 70's (B) material but that was the idea, i also tried to make it funny and put some of my love for Kung Fu in there. So here's some Chuck Noris syle action. ...
Just a short sequence at the end of one of our movies, the part that uses ALAMDV of course! No video's on the web page yet, but there are some games I made. A cool short of a suspiciously nimble grandma busting some ass. Quite blurry, but still lots of fun
This is a funny little movie I made with my brother & my little cousins. I screwed up & made it so the SW Seekers don't shoot at anything. Oh well. Enjoy
This is a remake of a James Bond opening, please leave a comment after you watch it! I am currently 17 years old.. so I have a lot to learn about editing... tho I am very pleased with the outcome!
This is the second film I, my brother William Ross and my friend Ben Ward submitted for the empire magazine 60 second competition. The props, sets, storyboard, editing and effects was all done in 3 days. Yes, you are meant to see the strings.
A News clip smuggled out of Eastern Europe shows an unknown group of soliders apparently from different military establishments fighting together. Sources later unconvered they are infact an Private Military Company (PMC) who are guns for hire in the highly profitable and highly dangerous world of...
Rotting Bob used no budget, no crew and no actors to create this, his first AlamDV clip. It's man versus beast as our hero pits his wits against the most arrogant of foes... Max the Cat.
This is just small different clips from my film called Fighting Angels. I made it to show my friends that I am working on it.
This is my first movie here on FXHome. As the name suggests, it is a short action movie. We shot this betweeen 4:30PM and 6PM, it gets dark at 5PM :(. Anyway, I shot, editted and created the music for this movie. I have to host this on Youtube because I don't have my own server space,...
