Most Windows users use mIRC while AthenaIRC is popular on Apple Macs. Both have extensive functionality and include documentation to help you get them set up.

If you find IRC clients too complicated to use, we recommend clicking the 'live chat' tab above to automatically use the FXhome live chat system.

Typing '/list' after connecting to the FXhome IRC server will display all the available chat rooms.

Official chat rooms will be prefixed with '#fxhome' so that they are easily recognised. These chat rooms are moderated to ensure a friendly and safe environment.

Any chat rooms without the prefix are unmoderated and unofficial. We reserve the right to remove chat rooms we find inappropriate.

Bots are not allowed on the FXhome IRC server. If we find you are running a bot without permission it will be killed and you will be banned from the server.

Please consult the documentation and support forums for your chosen IRC client if you require assistance. FXhome cannot provide support for third party IRC clients.
