I tried forever to get the effect of dust and hairs that get in front of film projector, after disliking what the Windows Movie Maker and other programs had to offer, I tried to recreate myself the aspects that I liked. This is my first plugin ever and I think it came out alright. As i learn more and more about how plugger works and figure out how to make the attributes work (more or less dust) then we'll really be cooking. This plugin adds a very good amount of dust and hair to the picture so if dust is what you want you'll be happy with this plug-in :).
*note* when this plugin is applied to video it does have the white as shown in the pics :)
